DEADLINE EXTENDED FOR EUREKA EDUCATOR OF THE YEAR
Due to some technical difficulties, the EUREKA Educator of the Year Award application deadline has been extended to SEPTEMBER 15.  The award annually recognizes an Ohio educator (preK-16) who embodies both the highest level of teaching competency and high leadership character in their classroom pedagogy, management and relations with their students and peers. EUREKA teachers strive to help their students and themselves “be their best self and do their best work”. To download the application - CLICK HERE
 
Breakout session schedule posted for OCTOBER 13, 2010 "Ohio schools of character summit"
Over 20 breakout sessions will be offered at the Ohio Schools of Character Summit "Creating Smart & Good Schools" on October 13 at the Fawcett Center in Columbus. Dr. Matt Davidson will give a keynote address on "From nice to necessary: Developing the character and culture needed for teaching and learning in the 21st century"  Discount early-bird registration is available until Sept 10  More..
